Apartamenty Risan are located 400 meters from the harbor in the town of Risan, and just 150–200 meters from the nearest cafés, shops, and restaurants. Stone, clay, and wood were the main materials used in the construction of the house that now hosts these apartments. In recent years, this building—over 200 years old—has undergone a complete renovation and modernization of its interior.
Apartamenty Risan also feature a courtyard enclosed by stone walls, which, along with the covered area above the old stone water reservoir, offers an ideal space for guests to relax. The property offers apartments for two, three, and four people (one double, one triple, and four quadruple apartments). The windows of all accommodation units (except Apartment A2) offer views of the Bay of Risan. Apartment A2 is located on the ground floor of the building.
