Villa Duda Velika plaža is located in Donji Štoj, at the end of a dead end street, without traffic or noise. It is hidden in a flower garden and in the shade of fig, fortunela, cypress and Mediterranean medlar. There are mandarin plantations in the immediate vicinity, and behind the house, about 200 meters away, there is Solana, which consists of large salt lakes-pools which are a reserve for over 520 species of very rare birds, including pelicans, flamingos and others. That's why guests can drink coffee on the villa's terrace in the morning, with the chirping of rare songbirds that visit this place.
Villa Duda Velika plaža offers 5 apartments - studio type, each with its own bathroom and fridge, double bed and additional bunk beds. There are three studios on the first floor. Two four-bed and one double. In front is a large common terrace with several sets for sitting and dining, and within the terrace there is also a kitchenette with complete dishes. On the second floor there are two four-bed studios and they also have a terrace in front with an equipped kitchen. Two studios from the courtyard have their own terraces overlooking the garden.
Studios can be rented individually. Also the entire floor can be rented, as well as both floors together. The total number of people that Villa Duda Velika plaža can accommodate is 18.
The ground floor is used by the hosts who are at the service of their guests for any information or any help. Gatherings with fish or other specialties are often organized for guests.
In the courtyard there is also a pavilion in the shade of kiwi and a garden swing, and there is also a grill and a kettle, so guests can prepare a specialty here themselves. There is a lighted parking lot in front of the villa in the shade of greenery.
Villa Duda Velika plaža is 800 meters from Velika plaža. The road to the beach is asphalted, and on this road there are many shops, markets, tobacconists and bakeries. Also, parking is free in every part of Velika plaža. This large beach is sandy both in the water and on the shore, and at the end of it, there is river nudist island Ada Bojana with a lot of restaurants- stilt-houses on the Bojana river. Lake Šaško is 10 km away, and the Old Town Teuta - pirate fortress where the famous Spanish writer Cervantes was imprisoned - is 5 km away.
